SAT 3rd JULY 2010
G’day fellows and welcome back to the Coast Men’s for 2010
With less then 2 months away from the 2nd CMC now’s your chance to let the fellows in your church know. Head to the promo page of this website for powerpoint and video to show in your church.
New Speaker
We are excited to announce that the main speaker for 2010 is now John “Chappo” Chapman.
John comes out of retirement to bring us God’s word for Men with the theme of “Band of Brothers” John’s wealth of experience and knowledge will help both young and old men in taking up their roles as Husbands, Fathers, Sons, Workers and role models. With 5 Seminars to equip and assist where men are at. We live in a society and culture that discourages Men in their roles, we can only turn to our brothers in arms for help & support. Yet we often lack the guts or willingness to be vulnerable in sharing our needs. Often we even forsake seeking God in our times of trouble. CMC 2010 is an opportunity for men to see how God can use our brothers and encourage us through Gods word to heal us
from the battle wounds and to arm ourselves for the season ahead.
# If you would like us to send you some flyers and a poster – let us know by replying to this email
Seminars
This year you have the opportunity to make the most of the seminars by choosing from 5 seminars,
the Seminar topics are
* How to have an affair (how not to!)
* Rites of passage (from boyhood to Manhood)
* Depression (we each face it in one way or another)
* Secret Mens’ Business
* Spark up your marriage (we can all learn in this area)
Devotion
We are also wanting to encourage you that as you plan to join us on the 3rd July, we will be having a devotion each week on the web site to help us prepare for what God’s word has for us through Chappo’s teaching.
Check out the Web site for more details – www.coastmc.com/devotions
CCFA & Rhema
Coast Men’s is very excited to announce the “Gospel Partnership” with CCFA
Christian Churches Football Association who have granted all teams on the 3rd July a Bye, giving fellows from the churches represented in the competition to attend CMC! How good are these guys, I praise God for their willingness in supporting us.
Thank you!
And to Rhema Central Coast – who once again joins us in sharing the good news of Jesus. Rick Broome and his team have devoted their time, resources and efforts to promoting CMC to their listeners on the Central Coast.
